All houses are located on separate land plots and will have separate ownership rights for each, which will be formalized during the sale of the land, which will make the sale cheaper and reduce the tax burden.
Scaling plan
Option 1
After the construction of the third facility is completed, a project to attract microinvestments from private individuals will be launched for rapid scaling.
We will offer deposits starting at $5,000 for a term of up to 8 months with a payout of 20% on the deposit amount.
Option 2
As a result of the successful completion of the construction of all three facilities, the partners who joined this project will become permanent partners and will participate financially in future facilities under certain conditions.
Option 3 - combined
It involves financial participation from existing investors and attracting micro-investments from private individuals as in options 1 and 2.
What you need to get started
As of today, all that is holding back the continuation of construction is the lack of sufficient own funds for the entire construction volume.
To complete the construction of the 1st and 2nd facilities, it is necessary to plan expenses of about 180 thousand dollars.
This will allow the first 2 properties to be built and prepared for sale.
But it is crucial that this construction is not stretched out over too long a period.
The planned construction period with continuous financing is no more than 6 months.
Upon completion of construction and sale of real estate, profit sharing will take place.
None of the other possible options for attracting investment is appropriate, as it increases the risk of stopping construction for an indefinite period.
The only reliable and viable option is to attract investment from a single partner.
In short, I offer 25% of the investment amount over 6-8 months with the return of the investment and reinvestment of dividends for a similar period with 100% payback.
The funding will be divided into stages, which we will discuss at the meeting.
