Project summary
The employing company places its vacancy on the website, which must be closed, the recruiting agency (RA) makes its bets on the closing of this position. Everyone offers what he considers appropriate - the employer, recruiter or RA chooses on their own with whom they will cooperate. After the employing company selects the “winner of the bidding”, the recruiter or RA begins to work on filling this vacancy, offering relevant resume of candidates. After the candidate has gone to work, the employing company pays the amount of the bonus to the portal, and the portal pays the recruiter or the RA who submitted the candidate's resume for consideration.
The employing company on the site will be able to create questions that need to be asked during a telephone interview (telephone screening), create tests for candidates and questions for video interviews, save standard contract forms, create polls and reminders, have a checklist for on -boarding, development and personnel assessment tab, online training, employee testing.
A recruiter or RA participates in the “bidding” for a vacancy, receiving monetary rewards for the entry of their candidate to work. They also have access to the search for candidates on the site, where they can offer different vacancies to candidates. If a candidate who was found on the site went to work, the recruiter or RA must pay the portal the amount of the bonus.
The candidate anonymously posts his resume on the site, indicating in advance the amount of the bonus, for which he is ready to open contacts to a recruiter or RA. After the candidate goes to work, he receives his remuneration.
