Operational activity: organization of work and effective interaction of structural divisions (establishment of communication horizontal-vertical), participation in development of strategy of development and its realization of carrying out the operative analysis of activity of the company and divisions, business processes; control of activity of divisions on execution of the approved plans (operational activity); coaching of heads of structural divisions.
