Project summary
KV ENERGY GROUP expresses its sincere respect and hopes for fruitful cooperation in the future on the following issue.
In order to successfully implement the development project, our company is interested in acquiring 100% of the corporate rights of a large, operating asset in Ukraine: a large plant for the production of sunflower oil.
Partial financing in the amount of 25 million US dollars has been attracted for this purpose, but the credit institution will allocate the specified financing only if our company has funds (credit or borrowed) for the total amount of 3 million US dollars.
Is it possible for us to cooperate in the form of attracting the remaining amount of funding?
