You enter an organization with money, the second organization enters with assets!
Under the terms of the agreement, you are investing in the launch and production of 30 mil water for half a year in order to reach the declared monthly profit of 5 mil! If in half a year the profit is 5 million, then your organization buys assets from the second organization for 100 million! But if after half a year we do not reach the specified profit, then either the invested funds are returned or the assets are redeemed based on a two-year payback based on real profit per month!
That is, if in half a year the profit is not 5, but 3 mil, then the buyout of the entire enterprise is 3 * 24 = 72 mil! Or the owner of the plant will have to return all invested funds for launch and production! We can consider any options, also on a long-term basis! Urgently!
