We are looking for an investor to launch the production of mineral water - we conclude a contract with guarantees!
Under the terms of the agreement, you invest 30 million rubles in the launch and production of water for half a year in order to reach the declared monthly profit of 5 million rubles! If in half a year the profit is 5 million rubles, then your organization buys assets from the second organization for 100 million rubles! But if after half a year we do not reach the specified profit, then either the invested funds are returned or the assets are redeemed based on a two-year payback based on real profit per month!
That is, if in half a year the profit is not 5, but 3 million rubles, then the buyout of the entire enterprise is 3 * 24 = 72 million rubles! Or the owner of the plant will have to return all invested funds for launch and production! We can consider any options, also on a long-term basis! Urgently!
