1. Description of the enterprise

The LLC specializes in shock freezing of wild and farm berries. The products are sold in Ukraine and for export.

Main capacities:

• Freezing production line up to 20 tons/day
• Cold storage rooms - 300 tons of simultaneous storage
• Staff – up to 20 seasonal workers

2. Purpose of raising funds

Due to the seasonal nature of the business, pre-financing is required for the purchase of raw materials, transportation, packaging, labor costs, and related costs.

3. Investor proposal

Option 1 — Repayable financial assistance (interest-bearing loan):

• Amount: 10,000,000 UAH
• Term: minimum 6 months
• Rate: 30% per annum
• Refund: one-time or in installments after the sale of the product, interest monthly
• Collateral: inventory, supply contracts, real estate

Option 2 — Profit sharing:

• The investor provides UAH 10,000,000
• Receives 45% of the season's net profit
• Participation - without inclusion in the ownership structure
• Transparent reporting, open access to accounting
