Workey. Service for employment abroad

Project summary

Greetings! My name is Sergei Simonenko and I have been working with Polish employment agencies for 3 years now.
Having worked out the needs and studied the current situation with the target audience, I developed the concept of a mobile application that can provide direct communication between employers and employment agencies and job seekers around the world.

More detailed information and calculations are given in the attached presentation. I will describe the concept and advantages of the application in the form of a story.

Wojtek, manager of agency X, has already done everything in the morning to expedite recruitment - after all, next week he may lose his contract with the enterprise. He called agents, made publications in viber / telegram groups, on FB and Insta, even launched a post in advertising. But the agents were slow, and a lot of time was spent on applications from social networks, giving a result of 1 adequate applicant out of 10.

He opened the Workey app and posted a job within 2 minutes. I didn’t have to invent anything, all the fields were filled in for the most part automatically. He indicated in Polish the title of the position, the rate per hour, the location of the enterprise and the necessary experience and documents. At the end, he indicated the countries in which he was looking for employees and posted a vacancy

Ten minutes later, Andriy, a resident of Vinnytsia, logged into the app and planned to go back to work in Poland after the holidays. Having indicated the country and profession, Andrey clicked on the "Search" button and saw the vacancy of Wojtek first in the list. Andrey still did not speak Polish, since all vacancies were displayed in his native Ukrainian language. The position was perfect for him in every way. By clicking on the "Start Negotiations" button, Andrey quickly filled out his information on the vacancy (regarding experience, knowledge of languages and documents) and sent a request.

Wojtek's phone buzzed. It contained a notification of an incoming request from a job seeker.
The candidate fit all criteria. Wojtek confirmed the start of negotiations. At that moment, Wojtek and Andriy saw each other's contact details and links to instant messengers. Since Voytek did not speak Russian and Ukrainian at a good level (and the recruiter was on sick leave today), he decided to write to Andrey in the internal chat.

The text that Wojtek wrote in Polish was displayed by Andriy in Ukrainian. The translator worked in the same way in the opposite direction.
Having specified important points, Wojtek wrote that he was waiting for Andrey to work. And that a recruiter will contact him tomorrow and talk about all the other details.

Andrew was pleased. Now you can choose the best from thousands of vacancies, speak directly with the employer without knowing the language, and not spend a lot of precious time "shoveling" hundreds of vacancies on dozens of channels and groups.

Wojtek had already seen big contracts ahead of him and a villa in Spain.
Now you can not depend on agents, do not spend a lot of money on often ineffective advertising.

This commission is less than what Wojtek used to pay agents, which he is very happy about.
Andrey was recommended this app by his friends. After all, where else will they give $ 10 simply for confirming the conclusion of an agreement with an employer? And another 10 dollars will be received by a friend who sent Andrey a link to the application.
