Project summary

This project is a cluster social network of joint housing management for co-owners of apartment buildings and more. Unlike most technically oriented products, whose main customers are condominium boards and management companies, this service is essentially a communication platform with elements of CRM and marketplace, which turns it into an ecosystem - directly for co-owners. User verification, a wide range of tools for effective online communication, assistance in offline communication and live interaction, covering the full range of issues around housing, living space and neighborhood interaction. And all this is as automated and intuitive as possible - with elements of the game to make using a serious service not only enjoyable but also interesting.

The presentation is almost ready, which describes the basic functioning of the service and the general vision of its implementation and development. Partially written technical task. The project of the survey which aims to investigate the market in more detail is almost ready. All this is necessary for further search for initial investment (there are options for grants). I am looking for a partner who will be interested in the topic and who will take over some of the processes and help to implement the project.
