Project summary

trueman is an app, a marketplace for handymen and builders (in the perspective of other handymen and services) like UBER, but for quickly finding any handyman near you.

The user through the application (and now through the chatbot) creates a request for the required service: TV repair, boiler adjustment, laying tiles, gluing wallpaper and even full-fledged repairs, and the program automatically selects a master with the necessary qualifications and taking into account geolocation.

Those masters who live near the customer get the advantage, which saves time for execution and gives the best conditions (price and quality). The customer can choose from the masters offered by the program. After the work is done, the customer leaves feedback to the master, and the master to the customer.

Users with low ratings are removed from the system. The service allows me to offer the customer the most competent master who will fulfill the order quickly and for reasonable money. Craftsmen who are not punctual, incompetent, swear, or damage the customer's things are also removed from the system.

The goal of the project is to create the best service in the construction industry with a quick search for any master at any time. Among the advantages of the project is also insurance for both the customer and the executor, a partner program for craftsmen.

The trueman startup has an MVP: website, chatbot, databases with masters, office, phone, customer acquisition channels are being tested. The project works with the use of chat bots and the website. There are already the first completed orders and satisfied customers. The readiness of the project is at the level of 15%
