Project summary

We are working on creating a crowdfunding platform that will help raise funds for social, cultural and humanitarian projects around the world. Our platform will be a reliable tool to support religious communities, charities and volunteers in times of crisis, including wars, housing and migration crises. Our platform will contribute to raising funds for the restoration of housing for displaced persons, reconstruction of churches, humanitarian aid and support for other charitable initiatives.

Project idea:
The platform will allow convenient and transparent fundraising for non-profit organizations and private initiatives, facilitating the monitoring process and ensuring user trust. The platform is aimed at an international audience, which will make it possible to help not only local communities, but also global initiatives. In addition, the platform opens opportunities for monetization through a commission of 10% of each donation*, advertising, partnership programs with charitable foundations and commercial partners.

What we have already done:
- Developed platform concept and business plan.
- Created MVP (minimum viable product) design.
- Negotiations were held with potential partners: the Catholic Church in Switzerland, which supports our idea and is ready to open a branch to expand its influence, as well as the Irish Red Cross.
- Cooperation with humanitarian organizations has been established.
- Preliminary marketing research was conducted.

What we need:
To complete the development of the MVP and launch the project into open access, we need 15,000 euros (development, design, brand book).

The total need for the full development of the project for the next stages is 150,000 euros. Let's consider different partnership options.

Financial block:
- Market assessment: In the first year, we plan to attract 120 projects with an average fee of €50,000 each, bringing the platform around €6,000,000 in fees.
- The expected income from the commission (10%) for the first year will be 600,000 euros.
- Monetization through advertising and affiliate programs: We expect additional income of up to 300,000 euros from affiliate programs and advertising.
- The total income of the platform for the first year is EUR 900,000 (excluding possible grants and financial assistance from charitable foundations).

Prospects of the project:
our platform has huge scalability potential. Thanks to our strategy of engaging charitable, religious and humanitarian organizations, the platform will have a sustainable growth of audience and projects. We have already received support from key partners, which increases the level of trust in the project and significantly simplifies the process of attracting users and investors.

In the next 3 years, we plan to enter the US and European Union markets, add new features and language localizations, which will open up opportunities for even greater fundraising for global projects.
