Project content:

Construction of the 1st turn of the industrial hothouse agrocomplex (protected soil) on cultivation of vegetables (cucumbers, tomatoes, greens, etc.) in the Nikolaev area on the area of 3 hectares. At the first stage it is planned to use only 0.3 hectares.   In the future it is planned to increase the number of greenhouses, in addition, in the next stages of the project will be implemented the construction of its own processing line, which will allow to obtain added value.

Attractiveness:

• Comfortable logistics (highway, access roads, railway branch, ports).
• Possibility of connection to water, gas, energy supply.
• Conducting operational management (up to 10 km from the city limits of Nikolaev, possibility of operative response to emergency situations, control of production management on all parameters, etc.).
• Managed commercial agriculture is flexible in the formation of product range (adaptation to market needs, constant introduction of new technologies, new crops).
• Stable demand for vegetable products.
• Availability of markets.
• A small number of competitors in the form of industrial greenhouses for growing vegetables.
