Project summary

The purpose of this project is to build an autonomous cottage town "IVANKOVO" in the Kiev region. The project provides for the construction of business housing (the use of high-quality building materials), as well as the availability of complete infrastructure for the comfortable living of residents. At the moment there are 10 cottages built, electricity, gas, asphalt, fencing, lake, forest. The settlement period is 3 (three) years. It is supposed to receive income: • Sale of living space; • Lease of commercial space; • Sale of electricity; • Administration of residential and commercial space facilities. Project costs are made up of total production costs, administrative, business and selling costs. Full description of the project and business plan, master plan on request.
