Location of the object:South of Ukraine Zaporozhye region. 50 km from Zaporozhye, the bank of the Dnieper river, Kakhovskoe reservoir

This site was selected after analyzing the geological section and groundwater occurrence, geographical location and climatic conditions.

Possible options for choosing a land plot by agreement

The cost of a farm with a productivity of 10 tons of marketable fish per year (optimal productivity for "entering and fixing" the domestic market This is 5 tons of marketable fish in 6 months. 1.5-2 ml.gr (50-60 t. $), Including greenhouses for growing products in aquaponics, at the decision of the investor, investments will be 5 million gr (150 t. $)

Profitability ratio 30-40%

Full payback period 2-3 years

In any case, the land plot and the greenhouse are transferred to the ownership of the investor.

State support is expected (according to the resolutions of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine and with the right approach to this issue)
