There will also be a guest house with billiards and a sauna. There are about 10 shops + hotel in total. It takes about $ 5,000 more to complete each store.
The money will be used to buy windows, doors, roofing and interior decoration.
Everything else is already in stock and construction is underway.
We will start paying dividends in 1-2 months after the investment.
