Project summary

Today, recruiting (as well as other areas of business) in Italy has outdated and ineffective business models. Which require large financial costs and time for both job seekers and employers. Nor are they effective.

We proposed changing the algorithms for recruiting by removing ineffective and costly actions from the chain, reducing time, financial costs and communications between applicants and employers.

The main nuance of the Startup is that the platform is designed for young professionals, graduates and students of Italian universities and direct employers.

To reach the working payback capacity, with the possibility of a return on investment and making a profit in the first year of operation, a Startup needs investments, the total amount of which is 627,000 euros.

The net profit of the first year will be 557,100 euros, for the second and the next from 1,460,000 euros

Start-Up has already been approved by the Ministry of Economic Development of the Republic of Italy. All calculations on it are checked and approved by the Italian Ministry of Finance.

Now our project is in the Seed stage. Work begins on organizing a Legal Entity in Italy, attracting investments and implementing a business project.
