Project summary

1. Land plot of 0.6375 hectares (Mykolaiv region, Ochakiv district, Chornomorka village,
street Ochakivska 65/1., Cadastral number: 4825184801: 04: 029: 0022), lease agreement (possible redemption
land)

2. Installed DC power - 467 kW (410W, installation angle 25 0) AC - 350 kW.
At the moment the following works are performed:

• The working project of station is developed;
• performed geology and geodesy;
• obtained urban conditions and restrictions;
• received technical conditions and a contract for connection to PJSC "Mykolaivoblenergo" 350 kW via a 10 kV line (15 meters to the connection point).

3. The main equipment of the photovoltaic station according to the project (can be changed): Huawei inverters, PV modules HT-SAEE (TIER1).
4. Sales cost 0.65 € / W (300 000 €)
5. Estimated generation per year: 591,000 kWh (for PV modules 467 kW).
6. Established green tariff: 0.112 euros / kWh without VAT in 2020.
7. Proceeds from the guaranteed buyer per kWh of VAT per year: 79,430 euros
8. Operating costs per year (rent of 3600 euros / year, security 12000 euros / year, maintenance,
salaries of employees 4400 euros / year): 20,000 euros.
9. Payback period: 5.5 years.

Options for cooperation:
1. Joint construction, with our percentage from 15 to 30% in the constructed SES (depending on our further
project works and financial investments)
2. Sale of corporate rights of ENERGY VAN LLC with currently performed works. The cost is € 15,000
