Smart Mobility
97
Smart Mobility is an urban mobility coordination platform that combines compatible passenger trips so passengers pay less and drivers earn more per route.
Project summary
Smart Mobility is an urban mobility coordination platform that creates a regulated layer for shared rides.
The project addresses a structural inefficiency in the taxi and ride-hailing market: many passengers travel in similar directions at similar times, but the system still serves these trips as separate rides. As a result, passengers pay more, drivers use their working time less efficiently, and cities face more duplicated vehicle movement.
Smart Mobility offers a different approach: instead of simply requesting a car, the platform coordinates compatible trips so passengers receive a more affordable price and drivers earn more per route. This is essential because shared rides can only scale when they improve driver economics, not when they make the driver’s work harder and less profitable.
The platform is built around several key principles:
1. Coordination of overlapping demand
The system helps combine passengers whose trips are compatible by direction, time and route logic. This reduces duplicated rides and improves the use of existing transport capacity.
2. Driver economic motivation
The driver is not treated as a disposable element of the system. Smart Mobility is designed so that a shared ride benefits not only the passenger, but also the driver. Without proper driver incentives, shared mobility cannot become scalable.
3. Affordability for passengers
Passengers get the opportunity to pay less compared with an individual ride, while keeping transparency, control and safety.
4. Safety and transparency
Smart Mobility includes user profiles, trip history, ratings, route traceability, secure interaction and a clear responsibility structure between the passenger, the driver and the system.
5. Complement to public transport
Smart Mobility does not replace public transport and does not directly compete with it. The platform complements the transport system where fixed routes do not fully cover real demand: evening trips, suburban directions, corporate mobility, medical trips, school transport, cross-district trips and other fragmented mobility scenarios.
6. Value for cities, businesses and government
For cities, this is an opportunity to reduce inefficient ride duplication and make better use of existing transport resources. For businesses, it is a tool to optimize mobility costs. For government, it is a more transparent, traceable and regulated model of urban mobility.
Smart Mobility is already under development. The product and technical logic, passenger and driver scenarios, backend model, safety system, shared ride principles and economic model have already been prepared, with the interests of passengers, drivers, businesses, cities and government aligned.
At this stage, the project is looking for investors, strategic partners, transport operators, pilot opportunities and institutional support to launch a regulated shared mobility model.
The goal of Smart Mobility is to create a scalable system where passenger coordination creates efficiency, driver incentives make it real, and regulation makes it scalable.
Looking for a partner
b2b joint venture
The partner's goal is to help Smart Mobility move from product development to a real pilot and subsequent scaling. Key areas of cooperation: — joint pilot project development; — search for and involvement of a transport operator or taxi company; — assistance in reaching corporate clients, medical organizations, schools, municipalities, and other B2B segments; — participation in the development of the legal and regulatory framework; — assistance in attracting investment or institutional support; — testing the model in a real market; — development of a partner network for further scaling. Smart Mobility creates a coordination layer for interoperable urban travel. The goal of the partnership is to launch a manageable, safe, and economically sustainable shared mobility model where passengers pay less, drivers earn more per route, and cities benefit from a more transparent and efficient transport system.
Expected abilities
We are seeking a strategic partner in the fields of transportation, taxis, corporate mobility, smart cities, investment, or regulation. It is important that the partner can assist with the pilot project, access to transport operators, corporate clients, municipalities, legal framework, or investment. Our priority is the practical launch and scaling of Smart Mobility.
