Stencil printing ( silk-screen printing ) is a method of reproducing both texts and inscriptions and various images (monochrome or color) using a stencil printing plate, which is a fine-mesh mesh through the holes of which the paint is transferred to the printed surface.

Screen printing is one of the most technologically advanced printing methods. It covers a wide range of applications: from manual work to high-tech industrial solutions, from the smallest formats for the manufacture of microcircuits to the largest posters up to 3 × 6 m and from single copies to large ones, measured in tens of thousands, of circulations. Screen printing is used to print paper, textiles, ceramics and synthetic materials in the form of canvas, single sheets, as well as products of various purposes and shapes, such as glass and ceramic jars, glasses, bottles, dashboards, latex balloons.
