Project summary

Building a network of slot machine halls:
- Business plan
- Choosing the location of the hall
- Renovation of premises (design project, purchase of materials, management of teams of electricians, finishers, ventilation, air conditioning, outdoor advertising, video surveillance)
- Purchase of equipment (appliances, furniture)
- Registration of documents for obtaining a license, documents to the executive committee, to the tax office, to the police
- Opening and control of the activities of bars (obtaining a license, assortment lists, purchasing goods, making reports)
- Outdoor advertising big boards leaflets screens.
- Selection and training of personnel, motivation, etiquette.
- Control in the course of activity of documentation (cash book, daily reports, monthly reports, analytics)
- Personnel control by video cameras, unscheduled inspections.
- Festive events (compilation of the program, selection of a presenter, artists, organization of receptions, competitions, prizes)
- Document flow, reporting, charts, timesheets.
- Cash discipline.
- VIP players, personal communication, bonuses, gifts

There is experience in creating such a network.
In total there were 5 IA halls with bars. The number of employees is more than 70 people, 150 EAs in the RCS. The activity continued for 7 years.
The network was successfully sold.
