• Approximate need of Ukraine for technical inspection stations is 8000 stations. At the moment there are 1500 stations in Ukraine (This is 20% of the market that will open from 2022 ) .

The technical condition check will be carried out:

passenger car older than 5 years - 1 time per year.

passenger cars up to 5 years - 1 time in two years.

• Passing inspection of a car - 1000 UAH

Passage of a truck - 1400 UAH.

Approximate capacity of 1 station = 15-20 cars per day.

After receiving your own package of documents, the yield will increase by 20-30%.

• Cost structure:

Equipment - 36'400$ (32 items of equipment)

Rental of suitable premises and minor repairs in them.

Cost structure in the course of work:

20% - employee's salary, utilities and box rental.

10% - Administrative staff expenses.

70% - profit

maintenance cost:

passenger car = 1'000 UAH

Truck = 1'400 UAH.

The approximate flow of cars from 2022 will be 8-10 cars per day (8-12 thousand UAH per day).

From the moment the technical inspection is launched, for all Cars in Ukraine, the flow will be approximately 20-25 cars per day (20-30 thousand UAH per day). Taking into account the introduction of a simplified procedure for customs clearance of cars with foreign registration from April - May 2021, which will be subject to mandatory quality control and certification, this market will increase by 0.7 million cars to 1.5 million cars. and will amount to about 8 million passenger cars
