Project summary

Main objectives / goals of the project:

1. Creation of the main retail store in order to capture the sales market in the city of regional significance
2. Creation of an online store for the sale of goods throughout Ukraine, providing the opportunity to work with intermediaries using the DROPSHIPING system (we have goods in stock - you have a client)
3. Creation of a farm of aquarium fish + aquarium plants for the purpose of implementation in their retail outlets + wholesale sale in Ukraine

What is at the moment:

1. Retail outlet operating for more than 2 years with a client base, premises for rent
2. Premises ~ 160 sq m, shopping area - 70 sq m, the rest is for a warehouse for an online store + a department for creating a farm of aquarium fish and aquarium plants
3. Access directly to manufacturers of pet products in Ukraine with a flexible system of cooperation

Main expenses:

1. Full redemption of premises in order to remove the main expense at the outlet - $ 15,000
2. Visual repairs inside / outside TT are required - $ 2500
3. Purchase of new commercial equipment (aquarium racks, rack - cage, sales racks, computer equipment for automation of the "TRADING POINT - WAREHOUSE" interaction system) - $ 3500
4. The rest of the amount goes to the purchase of goods and an advertising campaign

Investor offer:

• Return of the invested amount within 1.5 - 2 years with further provision of 25% of the net profit. The percentage of payments will only grow, because there is room to develop the company, with each opening of a new TT, your income only grows. You are not required to engage in, control, and the like.
