We are opening a network of 20 retail stores in Kiev. Payback half a year. 2 have already opened!

We are a wholesale company. We have been selling Italian pronto moda since 2010.
This year we opened a retail business. There are already 2 stores .
Goal: to open 18 more stores with an area of 50m2 in 2 years
Investment in one store: UAH 500t
Payback of the store: 6-8 months
An investment of about UAH 3 million is needed to open the next 6 stores.
Further, the network will expand through the reinvestment of UAH 6 million of profit from existing stores.
In 2 years, the network will generate UAH 10 million in revenue and UAH 1 million in profit per month.
The cost of selling the network is at least UAH 12 million (profit for the year).
