Driving School Network

Project summary

At the moment, due to the closure of borders across Europe and CIS, one of the only legal ways to leave the country was to leave according to the documents of the driver of an international freight transport operator. In addition to closing borders, this profession (driver of category E) is in constant demand due to the high income for the population of the CIS countries. One of these countries at the moment is the Republic of Belarus.

One of the predominant factors in this industry has become the transition of training to modern truck tractors and semi-trailers. At the moment, three cities in Belarus have been implemented as branches of a driving school. The opening of the fourth branch in Belarus is scheduled for April.

In connection with the political and economic events in the country, banks have reduced financing of all enterprises in the form of loans. However, in order to expand the network of driving schools in other cities of Belarus, it was decided to attract investment funds. Against the background of the backwardness in the development of other organizations, an increase in the number of enrollments is expected due to the modernization of the transport fleet to a more modern one, plus the opening of new branches.

Investments can represent both direct financing (attraction of borrowed funds, for a certain amount of time), as well as the provision of vehicles of the CE Category (registered in the territory of the Republic of Belarus with a special status). The minimum quantity for a new branch is 2 units of a set of vehicles. The vehicle must be no older than 15 years at the time of the end of cooperation with the investor (for the fastest withdrawal of funds by buying out the vehicle through banking, leasing organizations)

Investment funds will be spent on:

- purchase of vehicles (trucks), re-equipment of the vehicle for a special purpose.

-organization and equipment of training grounds

-organization and equipment of classrooms

-targeted (contextual) advertising

Attraction of various investors with different budgets is considered.
