Project summary

I. Analysis of the drinking water market in Ukraine: Why now?

Despite difficult macroeconomic conditions, the bottled and mineral water product group remains one of the most stable and dynamic in Ukrainian retail.

European-level potential: bottled water consumption per capita in Ukraine is still 2–3 times lower than the European average. This guarantees the market a long-term organic growth trend for years to come.

II. Available assets and technical parameters

The project is not starting from scratch. We are entering into a partnership with capital assets owned by:

Land and location: 2 hectares of land in Mykolaiv region.

Real estate: Capital building of the bottling plant (requires reconstruction for a new line).

Source: Preserved artesian well with confirmed high flow.

Power potential (when working in 1 shift / 8 hours):

Well flow rate: 6,000 liters/hour.

Monthly capacity (22 working days): 1,056,000 liters.

Annual output: 12,672,000 liters of finished product (with the possibility of scaling to 2-3 shifts).

The physicochemical parameters of the water correspond to the reference quality indicators for mineral table water, which is ideal for daily consumption.

III. Financial model and investment directions

Partnership format: Creation of a joint LLC with a 50/50 share distribution.

Financial plan priority: The primary focus of all net profit of the enterprise on the full return of the Investor's investment.

Required investment amount: from 500,000 EUR.

Structure of capital investments:

1 Energy independence: Project + construction of a hybrid solar power plant (SPP) for uninterrupted operation of the enterprise and reduction of tariff burden.

2 Infrastructure: Design and reconstruction of the workshop building, complete well arrangement and bringing the sanitary zone to the strict standards of DSTU and ISO.

3 Technology: Purchase and installation of an automated set of equipment for PET container blowing, filtration, bottling and packaging (carbonated/non-carbonated lines).

4 Permit documentation: Full package of permits for special water use and industrial spillage.

5 Marketing: Budget for the initial launch of the brand on the market.

IV. Our team and operational management

On our side, the project involves specialists with practical experience in managing industrial facilities. My partner directly managed the work of this workshop during its past activity.
