Rezone - Gaming Club

Project summary

REZONE is a modern, new generation computer club in the style of e-sports and gaming culture.

The project is planned in the city of Kaharlyk, where there are currently practically no modern gaming spaces of this level. The main idea is to create a stylish place for young people with powerful PCs, PlayStation 5, a lounge area, and the atmosphere of modern esports.

It is planned:

• 6–8 gaming PCs
• 2 PlayStation 5
• lounge area
• reception / bar
• modern interior in Dark Tech style
• tournaments and gaming events

Main sources of income:

• hourly PC rental
• PlayStation Zone
• sale of drinks and snacks
• night rates
• tournaments and events

Preliminary launch budget:
500,000 – 700,000 UAH.

Estimated net profit:
30,000 – 60,000 UAH/month at the start with further growth after the formation of a permanent client base.
