Our product is an alternative to Google maps and 2GIS. We give the opportunity not only to view information about the institution, but also the ability to book and pay for services.

Idea
Our product is an alternative to Google maps and 2GIS. On these platforms, you can find a restaurant or beauty salon, see reviews and find a contact phone number. We went further and give people the opportunity to book and pay for any services using only one phone.
Indicators and Current Status
At the moment we have a ready-made application that needs to be adapted for several additional areas of business, namely restaurants and medical institutions. Since we were testing the idea, we attracted a hundred to cooperate. At the moment we have more than 500 clients who are ready to work with us.
Problem or opportunity
Many are faced with the fact that it is very difficult to find some kind of institution, beauty salon or a hundred. You need to go around the entire Internet to find what suits your requirements and book the entire service by phone, hoping that the manager will not forget about you. We have fixed this issue.
Solution
In our application, the client will be able to find on the map the nearest institution or service that is needed, in just a few clicks to book or sign up, as well as pay for everything.
Customer Segments and Market
At the moment, the market of services in Ukraine alone is more than 1 billion dollars. We are quite capable of capturing 10 to 40% of the market.
Our client is divided into two segments.
1. Business owners.
People who have a business in the provision of services. They are interested in attracting customers, with which we will help them.
2. Ordinary users.
People who use the services of partner companies. We help them save time and insure them against fraud.
Sources of Income
The source of income will be three types of monetization.
1. Subscription
Business owners can purchase a subscription that will allow them to advertise their business in our project and use various tools to automate the business.
2. Percentage of transactions
We will charge a percentage of payments through our application, this will allow business owners to pay for a specific person who made an order.
3. Advertising in the application
Banner advertising in the application will allow you to additionally advertise partners and bring good profit.

At the moment we have no direct competitors, but there are alternatives.
The main projects that are similar to our project are google maps and 2GIS. They were the ones who inspired us to create a product that is better than them.

Our main advantage is saving time and money for each type of client. Also, unlike analogs, our service allows you not only to see the location on the map and plot a route, but also book time and pay for the service.
Risks
The main risk is an insufficient budget for an advertising campaign. As practice has shown, attracting a business is not a difficult task, it is more difficult to attract, interest and retain a consumer. But we have developed discounts and various bonuses for consumers, which will motivate them to work with us.
Investor offer
We propose to take part in a revolutionary project.
If the investor expresses a desire to take an active part in the project, we will only be glad.
We also offer a share of 15 to 40%, depending on what role the investor will play in the life of the project.
