RD-Union center (dance union center)

A dance studio combining all styles. Without any framework and restrictions.
Only friendship, only freedom, and most importantly, respect for each other. Support in all endeavors and unleashing potential.
Value: educators. I want to invest in them completely and not change my people like “gloves”.
I want my team to be able to develop and be able to embody their ideas within the walls of the studio.
Within these walls I will gather the most powerful and creative people who have nowhere to develop their potential. Who dropped out of teaching other people because of general attitudes, low salaries and misunderstandings on the part of their bosses.
They will not have to rent rooms and look for like-minded people - all this will be collected in one place.

❓Why do we need this center:

Rd Union is a hub for people looking for a place to grow.
A second home for creative people (will include more than dancing).

Why is this needed?
Over time, many dancers acquire trauma associated with professional activities, which can lead to unpleasant consequences and possibly a change in activity. We live by dancing and I understand how important it is to continue doing what you love no matter what. Together with rehabilitators, we will be able to prevent the occurrence of serious injuries, and if they already exist, we will help to start timely treatment.

Also, inside the dance studio, I plan to make a place for coworking and dinners, so that people could not only run to workouts, but calmly come a few hours earlier: work, eat, communicate and wait for workouts. Because I understand that each of us has basic jobs and even studies, and most often we cannot be torn between our main business and our favorite hobby, so in such conditions it will be easier to combine different types of activities.

PAINS OF DANCE STUDIES:
1. Small salaries. Because of which professional teachers leave for other areas of activity, because not everyone is ready to work on only one idea and initiative. The best dancers of Kharkov, who develop culture in our city, have ceased to teach and teach the new generation, because it does not bring proper income and work as a teacher and choreographer cannot be considered the main income. It kills people's creativity and many teenagers cannot devote much time to it due to the fact that they know that this work will not be able to generate income for them. In this regard, a young generation of promising and creative people is dying.
2. Restrictions in freedom of action for teachers.
No one will work under one scheme, we will help everyone develop their own teaching methodology and each of our teachers will be unique.

My GOAL: to show that the profession of a choreographer in the future can bring people a stable income and be their main profession.
Why is it cost effective? Dancers are one of those people who burned, burned and will burn with their work, and what does this mean? This means that a person who adores his job cannot do it BAD! And there are a lot of people who want to continue a conscious and promising generation!
