Production of green hydrogen in Ukraine

Production in Ukraine of green hydrogen by water electrolysis and its subsequent export to Western Europe. The energy for the electrolysis process is supplied by a solar power plant. "Green" hydrogen is in maximum demand in European countries, especially in Germany and the Netherlands. Key advantages of the project: ❑ Optimal climate for solar energy in the southern regions of Ukraine: high - more than 1500 kWh / m2 - insolation and relatively. ❑ Excess power plant capacity in Ukraine, including solar and wind power plants. With an installed capacity of 55 GW, only 17 GW is consumed. ❑ A plot of land with an area of 70 hectares, 30 km from Kherson. ❑ Favorable transport position: the distance from the land plot in the Kherson region to the nearest port is 2.5 km.
