Cold-pressed vegetable oils production

Project summary

We offer investment in a project for the production of cold first-season vegetable oils from various vegetable oilseeds, as well as oil infusions (macerates) made according to our own technology, allowing the use of exclusively natural raw materials. It is proposed to release a line of original oils, up to eight types, and a line of macerates, up to ten types of culinary oil tinctures, as well as the production of their blends. The range of consumption of these products is quite wide, from cooking to medicine and cosmetology. The profitability of various commodity items ranges from 30 to 300 percent, respectively, a rather high surplus value is assumed on average for the enterprise. Investment is necessary to ensure working capital, manufacture of a small part of additional equipment, implementation of the sales department and other organizational costs. There is a production complex for the production of cold-pressed vegetable oils with a capacity of up to 18 tons of raw materials (sunflower) per day with all the necessary infrastructure with the possibility of increasing to 25 tons. The equipment allows processing not only sunflower but also other various oilseeds. There is a promising project for the production of such oils with cannabidiol content. We have experience in the cultivation of cannabis and possess the technology of processing the CO2 extraction process. We were directly involved in all processes on the territory of the European Union. We will provide additional information upon request.
