Description of the collateral. The total area is 1.4 hectares. The territory is asphalted, fenced with a concrete fence around the perimeter.

Industrial capital premises - area 3,300 m2;

Own railway the branch and access roads enter the territory of the industrial site;

Operating transformer substation TP: consists of 2 transformers of 400 kW each;

Own water supply; Sewerage; Production shops are equipped with lighting;

There are 8 drying chambers, volume - 220m3;

Preliminary assessment of prom. platforms - UAH 8.0 million.

2. Basic equipment. The total cost is 4 million UAH ($ 150,000, after the purchase is provided to the lender as a pledge);

Appointment of fin. funds: UAH 4 million - purchase of equipment; 3.5 million UAH - operating costs, raw materials, supplies, logistics, marketing, sales, packaging;

Profitability: 25%;

Business cycle - 30-45 days;
