Water is a product that always remains unrivaled! Moreover, the demand for it will never disappear, especially in light of the global environmental degradation and pollution of the planet's fresh waters.
Based on my B2C business, there is an opportunity to increase the production and sale of B2B water, creating at least 30 jobs at the initial stage, we will develop and increase jobs. We will be able to enter the Ukrainian market without any problems and compete with IDS Aqua Service.
At this time, apart from IDS Aqua Service, it does not offer delivery of drinking water across Ukraine. In every regional city there are small suppliers of drinking water, which are not able to organize delivery even in their own region.
When a large organization holds a tender (for example, PrivatBank, Nova Poshta, etc.) for the delivery of water in all regions to all offices, then IDS Aqua Service is always alone in the tender proposal. Accordingly, this company wins the tender at very high prices. This is because there is no competition.
1.There is a product, drinking water.
2. There is an almost empty market for drinking water (mineral and sweet water, but the market is busy, but there is very little drinking water).
3. Have experience. The business has been operating since 2007. At this stage, we deliver water across the city of Nikolaev and the Nikolaev region. To enter the Ukrainian market, it is necessary to increase the production capacity, acquire our own logistics and invest a little in advertising, declare that there is a competitor for IDS Aqua Service.
