The OFF-line direction provides for the unification around the management company of existing and emerging new industries:

— metallurgical enterprise for the production of raw materials from aluminum, copper and bronze;

– production of building 3D printers and concrete units, mixtures, software for them;

– introduction of a continuous type air power generator, economical heating systems;

– production of raw materials for the manufacture of eco-polyethylene;

— development and production of intellectual prostheses, biomaterials, disposable syringes and systems.

The authorized capital of the company a year ago amounted to 1 billion hryvnia and all new productions are put on the balance sheet.

For more dynamic development, a scheme was applied to attract additional investments from individuals through the sale of a part of corporate rights (shares with the corresponding percentage) from 14,000 UAH. Assets are constantly growing in price as new directions are launched, as well as as new functionality is added to the application (the basic version of the application has passed all permissions for publication and is available for testing).

Since the start of sales for six months, the growth of assets amounted to 130%.

In the future, it is planned to accrue monthly dividends from the company's profits.

For the ownership of assets, an official contract is drawn up in accordance with the legislation of Ukraine.

At the same time, the management company attracts investments in annual dividend programs for the development of highly profitable metallurgical production with the payment of % once a month, quarter, year. With compulsory insurance of the "body" of the investment.
