The dimensions of the greenhouse itself are 5 by 30 meters, the depth in the ground is 1.8 meters. The greenhouse is built on the principle of "Greenhouse Thermos", which gives an advantage in winter, as heating costs are reduced.

Lighting is automatic through a system of switches. Heating is carried out on the principle of CLIMATE CONTROL using a solid fuel boiler (pellets). There is also an irrigation system through pumps.
The greenhouse is located in the village. Grabovets, Lviv region, 3 km. from the route KYIV-CHOP. The area of the plot is 0.35 ha. Also on the territory of the plot there are the following buildings: 2-storey brick house, Russian bath, garden, summer kitchen, outbuildings, garage).
Communications on the site: Electricity 3-phase limit 50 kW, gas, water supplied through the well.
