Project summary

Manufacturing and repair of tooling for sheet bending machines. Development and manufacture of metalworking equipment. Previously, we were only engaged in the manufacture and modernization of sheet bending machines and other equipment. But in the current environment, the demand for it has dropped significantly. But the demand for the repair of such equipment has increased significantly. Since we have developed and manufactured highly specialized grinding and milling machines for our production, we are currently loading them with the repair of bending equipment for other industries. The complexity of this process lies in the fact that punches and dies for bending machines have a large length up to 7 meters and a small section of 20-100 mm. And for their grinding or milling, machines that are large enough in length are needed. Such were in the USSR, but today their operation is unprofitable due to the high energy intensity (up to 100 kW per hour) and low workload with orders (it is difficult to pay for highly qualified personnel). We have created less energy-intensive and easy-to-use (due to a decrease in their versatility, weight and dimensions) grinding milling machines that allow you to restore or manufacture bending equipment for most sheet bending machines. We currently have orders from most industrialized regions from Volyn to Kharkov. Considering that a similar problem exists in other CIS countries and Eastern Europe, we plan to enter these markets. Businessmen from Georgia and Kazakhstan have already asked for our help. But the markets of Poland, Czech Republic and Germany are more promising. Exit to which we are planning next year. Since the transportation of the tooling is a rather long and expensive process, we are planning to make a mobile station for repairing the tooling and travel with it to the customers. Making repairs on site, we will save time and money for transportation to the customer. Another advantage will be that the quality of the repair will be accepted by the customer at his production site and for this he will not need to send highly qualified specialists to us for acceptance. Another innovation that we want to introduce into production is laser heat treatment and tool surfacing. Most instruments are surface heat treated and this layer is removed during repair. To restore the hardness of the surface layer, the most optimal currently is laser heat treatment or deposition. The units are manufactured in Japan by OKUMA and in Germany by TRUMPF.
