I invite a mentor to my hardware project

Hello!

I invite to my hardware project a mentor, advisor, mentor in one person with good networking/contacts and, of course, with successful fundraising experience!

We can cooperate both on a one-time and on an ongoing basis (as we agree, we will conclude an agreement)

We are ready to offer either a one-time reward (based on the result of the closing of the round) or a share in the company. Now we plan to close 250K-300K on Pre-Seed.

I am also considering a candidate for the position of CEO

About the project/product:

Own innovative development. Industry - Smart City Solutions, Sport Tech, Safety Tech and Leisure Goods

What has already been done:

• Problem identified.
• Conducted “proof of concept“.
• Ready MVP (Beta).
• We studied competitors - our solution is better than all the samples on the market.
• We analyzed the market - the market is growing both in B2C (20%) and B2B (80%) segments.
• The product is scalable and suitable for worldwide expansion.
• A business model has been developed.
• The "backbone" of the team has been assembled, but it is already necessary to expand the staff.
