I am the developer and owner of Special Locks Patents for Well Hatches.

The Safe City program is addressing our common problem - the disappearance of manhole covers and dangerous open wells, which are still growing on the streets.

The problem of open wells now exists in almost all republics of the former CIS. Expenses for frequent purchases of new materials and component parts (hatches, cables, valves), for the correct and high-quality operation of housing and communal services, Telecom, Internet, which now very often disappear, are big losses.

After the installation of special locks on the hatches of the wells, first of all, the economic problems of the cities are solved - the hatch covers, which are expensive, and the cable and wiring and communal products under them will no longer disappear.

And most importantly, the number of injuries among people and car accidents will decrease.
