Good day!
The arrival of the pandemic has caused a sharp increase in demand for medical products and protective equipment. For a number of goods, demand began to exceed supply, thereby causing a deficit, rising prices and widely opened up new opportunities for high and stable earnings!
One of these products is the MEDICAL NONTRIL GLOVE.
To date, the Ukrainian market is experiencing a cardinal shortage of supply for this product. The main reasons that caused this situation include the following:
1) Lack of stable supplies;
2) Lack of specialized distributors and importers;
Accordingly, having solved these problems, there is an excellent opportunity to organize a stable, secure business that brings consistently high profits!
At the moment, all the necessary issues have been worked out, allowing to launch the proposed project in the shortest possible time, namely:
1) Negotiations were held with major manufacturers. Of all the manufacturers with whom the negotiations were held, the choice was stopped at the Vietnamese plant. This is due to the best combination of price / quality / terms / conditions of work;
2) The supply chain has been worked out. The choice was stopped on air delivery. This choice is due to the price / speed combination;
3) Payment: L / C. Today, this payment option is rather an exception. Most manufacturers work on a prepaid basis. We managed to negotiate with the manufacturer about payment through a letter of credit upon delivery;
4) Negotiations were held with wholesale buyers who are ready to buy goods immediately, upon passing customs.
SCHEME OF WORK:
1) Sending an application to the manufacturer;
2) Issue of a letter of credit;
3) Delivery (up to 10 days);
4) Commodity meeting, quality and quantity control;
5) Confirmation to the bank for sending funds;
6) Customs clearance of cargo;
7) Deal;
8) New cycle.
The full transaction cycle takes 10 to 15 days.

FINANCIAL PLAN:
1) Purchase including delivery - $ 9.00 / package, or UAH 248.00 / package (at the rate of 09/01/2020);
2) Customs payments - 5%, or 12.40 UAH / package;
3) Total cost of goods ready for sale = 248.00 + 12.40 = 260.40 UAH / package
Minimum lot: 33,000 packs (1 container)
Total delivery amount = 33,000 * 260.40 = 8,593,200.00 UAH / 312 480.00 USD (at the rate of 09/01/20)
TOTAL REQUIRED AMOUNT OF INVESTMENT: 8 593 200.00 UAH / 312 480.00 USD (at the rate of 09/01/20)

PROFIT OF THE INVESTOR:
1) Incoming price: UAH 260.40 / pack;
2) Recommended selling price: 320.00 UAH / pack;
3) Margin - 59.60 UAH / pack;
4) Tax: 18%, or UAH 10.73 / package;
5) Net profit: 59.60 - 10.73 = 48.87 UAH / pack
TOTAL profit from delivery: 33,000 packs * 48.87 UAH / unit = 1,612,710.00 UAH / 58 644 USD
Proposed Profit Sharing Percentage: 60/40%
• 60% - Investor's profit;
• 40% is our profit.
Total profit of the Investor from one deal: UAH 1,612,710.00 * 0.6 = UAH 967,626,
Return on investment: UAH 967 626.00 (Investor's profit) / UAH 8 593 200.00 (total investment amount) * 100% = 11% from one transaction.
