Project summary

The enterprise is territorially located in Zaporozhye on the territory of the former SMU in a rented room with an area of 235m2 with a ceiling height of 7m.

The production was built for the processing of used filter powders after refining vegetable oils. It is possible to process both spent bleaching earth after vegetable oil bleaching, and spent perlite after winterization / freezing (removal of waxes), naturally with somewhat different, albeit relatively close, economic efficiency.

The raw material base is all producers of refined and deodorized oil, in which perlite is currently a commercial product, and bleaching earths are pyrogenic waste to be buried in landfills.

The technologies used are the process of extraction of vegetable oil with an organic solvent, followed by separation of the oil and related products, as well as regenerated filter powders (in the case of perlite, complete regeneration is possible, in the case of bleaching earth, regeneration can be up to 90%, depending on the tasks.

The main equipment is manufactured by our own forces on the basis of our own developments and refinement of existing samples of manufactured equipment. The process technology is also of our own design. That allows us to assert the uniqueness of this production on the territory of Ukraine, and the lack of information in the patent database - about the uniqueness on the territory of the entire former USSR. Not a single technical or technological solution has yet been patented due to the lack of copyright in fact in Ukraine.

The readiness of the equipment at the moment is 99%, staffing so far represents the ability to work only in one shift, although ideally the production should work around the clock.

Financing is currently needed for the purchase of raw materials and consumables, as well as for commissioning.

Possible forms of cooperation can vary from buying out a share in an existing enterprise to creating a new one on the existing production base. Assistance in organizational and production matters is desirable, because I am very overloaded, but nevertheless I can manage on my own, although this will take some time, because. It will be hard for me to be torn in different directions at the same time.
