Also, together with this business, property (buildings and structures, equipment, inventory) is sold for this money, which is located on a land plot of 5.34 hectares, located in close proximity to the port of Chornomorsk. All buildings have certificates of ownership.

The territory is fenced, lit, storm sewer, partly laid with slabs. The enterprise has been working around the clock for more than 10 years, there are no complaints from the population.
