Bacterial synthesis of diesel fuel

Project summary

Project proposal for implementation: Organization of pilot industrial production of diesel fuel by bacterial synthesis of greenhouse gases of the atmosphere and human and animal waste.

The technological process is adapted for industrial operation.

    The project is based on our own development of a technology for obtaining a bacterial environment and a technology for its operation to obtain renewable diesel fuel from greenhouse gases of the atmosphere (including CO ₂ ) and while maintaining the bacterial environment with washes of pig farms, animal and human waste, etc. The technological process is waste-free. The bacterial environment is stable in operation (service life of 3 years or more, after modernization), synthesizes a stable quality of diesel fuel. The resulting diesel fuel is renewable (alternative, biofuel of the 3rd generation or a new concept "synthesized"), has characteristics higher than oil diesel fuel. When operating on production vehicles, it was noted: a decrease in consumption by 20%, an increase in continuity by 10%, a softer operation of the internal combustion engine.

To start production, funding is required:

from 20 000 EURO - creation of a model of an industrial reactor (partially manual control, longer commissioning period);

up to 50,000 EURO - creation of a model of an industrial reactor operating continuously in automatic mode, preparation of a pilot production;

At the next stage, we manufacture serial industrial reactors (the manufacturer is determined on credit terms, payment after the start of production). The launch of diesel fuel production in a continuous mode with a capacity of 100 liters per hour, the bacterial environment is available. At the subsequent stages - an increase in diesel fuel productivity.

We have a project for the pilot production of diesel fuel

1 ton per hour - 500,000 EURO.

We have a project to create a serial (scalable) industrial complex for 1 ton per hour diesel fuel - 2,000,000 EURO.

Terms: 6 months manufacturing and launch + 6 months payback.

Organization of any diesel fuel production at the rate of: 1 liter per hour - 2,000 EURO with a capacity of up to 500 liters per hour; 1 kg. per hour - 2,000 EURO with a capacity of over 500 kg. in hour. (50% -bacterial environment; 25% -production equipment; 25% -installation and infrastructure).
