In addition to the sale of new equipment, "YUE" LLC offers professionally refurbished used forklifts, as well as provides forklift rental services to meet the needs of various customers in various fields of activity.
Thanks to experience, the company "YUE" was able to develop, and at the moment it has divisions all over Ukraine. These divisions are ready to provide competent service support to customers. The company focuses on ensuring the maximum efficiency of the storage facilities of its customers.
Our technology helps to increase productivity and optimize product flows in the client's warehouses. During its existence, the success of "YUVE" LLC is based on a highly effective approach to the development of complex solutions that meet the needs of various industries and sizes of customer operations .

The goals of the project for the 1st year are:
- Organize a location with an open platform in the traffic zone and near industrial facilities in the city of Kyiv with a modular office for operators and a tow truck driver 1-2 quarter; Equip a warehouse of standard spare parts 1-2 quarter;
- Buy 4 forklifts: 1500 kg, 4700 mm; 2500 kg, 4700 mm; 3500 kg, 4700 mm; 5,000 kg, 5,100 mm; one tow truck with a hydraulic platform and a carrying capacity of 15,000 kg. 1-2 quarter;
- Hire two forklift operators on a permanent basis with work experience of 5 years or more;
- Create an online resource for ordering a rental with the ability to specify the place of operation, the period of operation and the ability to pay for the service on the website (by analogy with car rental resources)
- Hire one logistician to work with orders for the rental of forklift trucks and the provision of tow truck services;
- Purchase attachments that will help with work
- Reliable suppliers of loaders and other additional equipment for my company have been found for a long time, so I plan to purchase, configure and launch already in the first 8-12 weeks after receiving investment funds.
- Gradually adapt two employees during the 1st year, from the second year another 1 is possible as needed, to ensure full-fledged work on the purchased equipment and a high level of services of our company, to create a reliable and professional team using trainings and the ability assessment system
- Actively working to establish partnerships with 5-7 other businesses to expand opportunities for additional sales on an ongoing basis within the first year.
- I plan to find and start cooperation with an experienced marketer to expand the possibilities of my business, to create popularize the UWE brand, the recognition of our products and attract additional customers.
- I will develop a plan for the expansion and establishment of additional company offices (trading platforms) in the 5th-6th quarter, taking into account the experience gained and our capabilities, no later than 2025 from the start of work
- I will comply with all tax obligations, pay taxes on time and submit reports.
- Participate in assistance and fundraising for the needs and assistance of the Armed Forces
- I will be engaged in improving business processes, creating new jobs, training personnel, and attracting specialized specialists (as needed).
- I will develop mechanisms for collecting feedback from customers and plan to actively use it to improve the quality of service and form a permanent customer base.
- Actively participate in various events, exhibitions, forums in Kyiv and Ukraine, Europe and other countries in order to increase brand awareness of our company and attract new customers. I set myself the task of participating in at least three events a year.
- Actively manage our official pages in social networks, such as Instagram, Facebook. The goal is to regularly update content, including photos of our equipment in action, and interact with our audience through comments and personal messages. I plan to develop a content plan and define KPIs to evaluate the effectiveness of our social media activities.
- Launched targeted advertising campaigns on social networks (Facebook, Instagram). My goal is to increase the number of subscribers and visitors to our internet site through targeted advertising, from the first days.
- Launched advertising campaigns in Google Ads to attract customers who are looking for high-quality, professional, reliable equipment with its subsequent service through advertising on Google.
- Pass the break-even point in the 4th quarter, obtaining a stable profit in the 5th-6th quarter.
