Rental of special equipment for construction

Project summary

I aim to build a business that will offer special equipment rental services. In the initial stages, I plan to start a business with four units of equipment:

JSB CX4 excavator (Has good cross-country ability, multifunctional, easy to maintain, easy to use, quick payback)

JSB crawler excavator (Suitable for use in the construction of large facilities, which allows you to work with large construction companies and have a good net profit, which will provide the opportunity for quick payback and large-scale expansion)

Dump truck 10t (Suitable for use on both small and large sites, which increases the scope of its use and the possibility of expanding the customer base, and will also allow the use of equipment for sales to excavators, which will allow for a decrease in the check as a result of an increase in net profit.)

20t dump truck (Will be used in tandem with a crawler excavator for the construction of large facilities, which will allow my business to be more customer-oriented than competitors in this field in my city and will accelerate the payback of the purchased special equipment.)

Since the city of Zhytomyr at this stage of development is a city that is rapidly being built up with new high-rise buildings, townhouses, and many private houses are being built in the suburbs, there is a great need to rent specialized equipment that will speed up construction at the initial stages, namely: digging pits, laying engineering, preparing the territory for construction, and removing construction debris.

I guarantee the targeted use of investment funds, high-quality work, rapid expansion of the customer base, as well as the further expansion of the fleet of special equipment, territorial expansion of the business, which in turn will increase profits.
