1. Project description:

"Smoke & Chill" is the creation of a modern, safe and atmospheric youth lounge space in the center of Lviv, which will provide comfortable alcohol-free relaxation at the initial stage and contribute to the development of a culture of healthy leisure. The establishment combines a stylish neon interior, a recreation area, a fast food kitchen, quality music and board games, forming a space for communication, relaxation and socialization of young people. The project is also aimed at creating new jobs and developing local small businesses, gradually expanding the range of services through the founder's investments

2. Problem solved by the project: In the center of Lviv, young people often face a lack of comfortable and safe places for evening recreation that are not limited to nightclubs or establishments with an aggressive atmosphere. Existing formats are mainly focused on alcohol as the main product, which is not suitable for a significant part of young people, students, military personnel and people who want to spend time calmly and without unnecessary noise.

Also, the city lacks modern lounge spaces where you can relax with friends, listen to music, have a snack, chat, or play board games in a pleasant interior.

The Smoke & Chill project solves this problem by creating a modern youth space with atmospheric design and high-quality service. At the initial stage, the establishment operates without alcohol and without hookahs within the requirements of the grant program. After launch, with the personal funds of the founder, it is planned to gradually expand the service (including hookahs and the sale of alcohol if licensed), which will allow to more fully satisfy demand and make the establishment financially sustainable.

3.Goals and objectives:

Goal: to create a stylish youth lounge space in or near the center of Lviv, focused on evening relaxation without alcohol. The establishment combines the atmosphere of dark neon design, a hookah area (as an additional service at the founder's own expense), light cuisine, board games and modern music (lofi / deep / chill).

Task: Create an atmospheric lounge space in the center of Lviv with a comfortable interior, modern music and a recreation area for young people.

Provide visitors with a safe leisure format without alcohol and hookahs at the launch stage in accordance with the terms of grant programs.

Equip the establishment with the necessary equipment for a fast-food kitchen and a bar area focused on non-alcoholic beverages.

Create at least two new jobs for young people (cook and administrator/bartender).

Ensure stable operation of the facility during the first three months by covering key expenses: rent, repairs, purchase of inventory, and launch of operations.

Implement a marketing strategy to build brand awareness and attract repeat customers.

After a successful launch, expand the list of services (adding hookahs, obtaining an alcohol license) at your own expense to increase profitability and competitiveness.
