Project summary
I will propose to lead an enterprise or become a full-fledged partner - an executive director in an engineering company.
There is a company since 2006. There is a good foundation - a website, marketing, office, office equipment, incoming calls, a tool, a small staff (3-4 people). The current director (according to Adizes) is more an Entrepreneur and a Manufacturer, so there is a reason to establish contact with a professional in HVAC with the competencies of an Administrator and an Integrator in order to earn more together, to increase the scale of activities.
