Investment proposal.
Opening of grocery markets of an international trade network on the market since 1932.
Payback (return on investment) 18-20 months.
The amount of investment is from 40,000 USD / point, we also participate financially (equipment, signs, repairs, circulating, etc.)
Today there are 2 premises in Kiev (Dnieper embankment and Kharkov highway. There is a financial model for each room), approved by the technical council and management (Premises were selected for 3 months. For each, demographic data were collected, location assessment, marketing research, feasibility study and a comprehensive business plan was developed).
Lump-sum payment = 0
The goods are provided with a deferred payment of up to 60 days at the lowest prices (for large chains), reaching self-sufficiency from the 1st month of opening (no additional funds are required).
Software, supplier base with contracts, staff training, store launch support, etc. provided free of charge.
All accounting, warehouse, movement of goods, video from surveillance cameras in constant online access from anywhere in the world via a computer or smartphone.
