Project summary

Our IT startup is a full-cycle marketplace for buying and selling advertising on Telegram channels.

The Telegram market in Ukraine has over 13 million users, 44,000 active channels, and 4.5 billion in annual advertising transactions. However, this market operates chaotically: deals are concluded manually, there are no standards, performance guarantees, or transparent analytics. This creates high risks for advertisers and a significant operational burden for channel owners.

Our product systematically solves these problems by moving Telegram advertising from an informal environment to a managed, secure, and scalable marketplace. The platform automates the advertising transaction from start to finish and takes control of the fulfillment of the terms, thereby completely eliminating potential fraud and financial risks thanks to the escrow model.

A separate strategic focus is the creation of a new class of advertisers. Due to the complexity and increasing cost of advertising on Meta, Google, TikTok and YouTube, small and medium-sized businesses are looking for alternative channels for attracting customers with a lower threshold of entry and more direct contact with the audience. Telegram has all the prerequisites for this, but until now it has been virtually inaccessible to SMEs due to the lack of infrastructure, standards and security. Our project removes these barriers and makes Telegram advertising a clear and controllable tool for businesses of any scale.

The business model is based on a commission on advertising deals. It provides early positive cash flow, low operating expenses, and high scalability. The product is aimed at both internal Telegram ecosystem participants and external advertisers.

We are looking for an investor to scale the product, accelerate user acquisition, and further expand functionality. The project is in the final stage of development.
