Project summary

The LiveStage team prepared this information in order to allow the investor to form a first impression of the scope of our project, the market for which it is being created, our team and the investment proposal before signing the non-disclosure agreement.

LiveStage is a highly scalable interactive mobile entertainment application with elements of a social network.

App orientation: collaborative remote content creation.

Main functions: mobile live streaming (4К), creation of high-resolution photo content, copyright verification of created content.

At the first stage, the estimated audience of our app will consist of the USA (≈30%), Europe (≈30%), countries of the CIS(≈30%), other countries (≈10%).

Currently, there are no direct competitors or products that are close in functionality and idea.

We have:

  • a unique idea for which there is a confirmed demand;
  • an expert team with knowledge of the technical side of creating an application;
  • transparent economy calculated using the open-source data;
  • knowledge of influencer marketing, having our own database and a good reputation;
  • the opportunity to achieve advertising coverage of more than 50 million unique Instagram users who are the target audience of the startup in the first week after the release.

  • Specialist in the film industry, organizing high quality live streams and remote shooting
  • Since 2013 has been developing mobile applications

Monetization. The revenue part consists of income from ads placed in the application.

For the calculations, we used data from 2 billion advertisements for 2019-2020. CPM was calculated as the average cost of cross-page ads in the United States, Eastern and Western Europe for iOS and Android devices.

According to calculations, the chosen model of monetization of the application allows you to achieve profitability in the first month of work.

 

Offer to the investor. LiveStage offers a share in the company's authorized fund of up to 10%.

We are interested in investments from 10 000 EUR.

The projected amount of the investor's income based on the results of the company's activities for the period of 12 months after entering the market will be 10 000 EUR per 1 000 EUR investment.

The direction of the investment resources: application development, server hosting, including license fees, cloud storage, primary influence-marketing costs and traffic.

The idea of the app, the influencer marketing strategy, the economic calculations and the ad formats in the app are confidential and extremely important information to us. The LiveStage team endeavors to prevent the uncontrolled dissemination of this information.
