The idea of the project: the idea of creating a sports entertainment infrastructure enterprise "Equestrian club" with a turnover of 2.5 years has three goals:
1. Creation of a highly profitable enterprise.
2. Making a profit.
3. Satisfaction of the consumer market in providing the opportunity to communicate with horses, conduct sports and walking training, as well as meet the need for gambling people in a sense of risk.
FOR THE IMPLEMENTATION OF THE PROJECT WE HAVE (land, premises, patent, contracts, etc.)
Land - 0.40 hectares with the possibility of increasing up to 4 hectares. (But if the investor considers the place not profitable, then it is possible to buy land in a more advantageous place).

65.4 thousand people live on the territory of the district in 55 settlements, two thirds of which are rural population. District center - Berezno has 15 thousand inhabitants, located 35 km from Berezno -. The district center and 70 km from the city of Rivne - the regional center.
