Project: Car rental for taxi and delivery in Slovakia (Kosice)

Project essence and market opportunity

The project consists of forming and managing a fleet of vehicles for rental to taxi drivers (Bolt) and delivery service couriers (Wolt, Bolt Food) in the city of Košice, Slovakia.

The demand for rental of "working" cars in the region consistently exceeds the supply. For many drivers and migrants, renting a prepared car is the only quick way to start earning. Our model offers them ready-made "turnkey" solutions (car with license, insurance and maintenance).

Current status and existing fleet

The business is already operating successfully, processes are well-established. Currently, there are 4 cars under active management that generate stable cash flow:

Renault Megane 2 — concession (taxi license) issued. Rental rate: €100/week.

Ford Focus 1 — used for taxi services. Rental rate: €100/week.

Hyundai Accent 2 — used mainly for courier delivery. Rental rate: €70 / week.

Seat Cordoba 2 — currently working in delivery (70€/week), but is in the process of re-registering for taxi to increase profitability. (Note: This car was successfully attracted and purchased with funds from a previous investor, which confirms the trust in the project).

Investment proposal and intended use of funds

The budget will be divided into the following items:

Buying a liquid car: We focus on reliable and maintainable models (e.g., Skoda Fabia 2 / Octavia 2, Ford Mondeo 2 / Focus 2, Renault Megane 2 / Logan 2 / Laguna 2, Seat Cordoba / Altea).

Legalization: Registration of a local taxi concession, mandatory insurance and registration actions.

Security: Installing a GPS tracker/telematics for monitoring.

Economics and return on investment

Investment in 1 car: ~$2000.

Weekly income from a car: €70 - €100 (depending on the profile: delivery or taxi).

Monthly gross income: ~280€ - 400€.

After deducting the reserve fund for depreciation and current expenses, the project demonstrates a fast payback period compared to a classic business, with the possibility of reinvesting profits in the expansion of the park.
